To help with spreading of the coronavirus, Our professionals have the proper training in keeping safe while providing mobile services. All professionals are required to wear a face mask or shield, gloves, and to use disinfectant clean up wipes before and after each service.
ALL CLIENTS MUST WEAR A MASK TO RECEIVE SERVICE.
If not we have the right to refuse service.
Your appointments is very important to us. It is reserved to better service you in a timely manner. We require a 24 hr notice of a cancelled appointment. There will be $6.00 charge of inconvenience fee for not cancelling before 24hrs of the scheduled appointment. If not charged at the time, this inconvenience fee will rollover to your next scheduled appointment and will be added into your new total pay amount.
Keep in mind we are traveling out to you.
If a client is unsatisfied with their service, we offer each client a service of a ReDo! A ReDo service is re-styling, creating a new style for the client that fits the desired style requested. Contact us immediately to discuss your concern, we will then reschedule for another nearby HairStylist or Makeup artist to service you at another date. Your service pay amount will be held as a credit and can be used for a new appointment. You will be able to use your credit for your new appointment booked.
